We welcome you as potential members of the Te Kauwhata College family and we look forward to having a happy association with you and your student.

The four forms listed on our website (PE Medical form, Cybersafety Agreement form, Enrolment form and Student Information form) are the forms required by the College to complete the enrolment process. Please print off the forms and fill them in. Please write NEATLY and CLEARLY on all forms. If you wish to receive the complete Enrolment Pack by post, please contact the College on 07 826 3715.

When you have completed the forms, please contact the College to make an appointment for you and your student to meet with the Principal to formally enrol.  You will also need to bring your student’s birth certificate or current valid passport or citizenship paper with you.
